Hope everyone had a great Reformation Day and a fun Halloween. This year was a lot of fun since Max got to participate with us. The boys have been watching and reading Room on the Broom for over a month now so they were pretty excited that me and Nonna were going to be witches for Halloween. Our neighborhood is pretty popular this time of year so it was nice to just take the BOB around the streets. Calvin and Max were super into everyone's costumes and it wasn't long until they were diving into their Halloween buckets.
My mom, Aunt Rita and my sister Michelle were all around for the fun so my boys of course took this opportunity to show off. Once we were done doing our rounds the boys helped passing out candy and they LOVED it. Both boys danced, jumped, and sang for all our visitors. But our most memorable moments were when Calvin went to our tree and said "watch me howl to the moon." He was pretending to be a wolf and then all of a sudden we heard him super quiet and realized he had his pants fully down and was peeing on our tree for all to see (in his policeman outfit of course). Well he got distracted and ended up getting himself a little wet so after Nick quickly whisked away our naked police officer we wrapped it up and headed inside for some major teeth brushing.
November is a busy month for us so we are starting it off right with some yummy squash and of course halloween candy, thank goodness for stretchy pants. Hope you have a great day!
